Scott Stowers, DO, FASMBS is an experienced bariatric surgeon who has been performing surgery for more than two decades. He is board certified and is a Fellow of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery as well as the Medical Director of The Bariatric Experts, located in Frisco, Texas. Dr. Stowers has performed thousands of bariatric surgeries.

Dr. Scott Stowers has received his education through many highly respected educational institutions. He completed his undergraduate studies at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and then went on to earn his doctoral degree at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
