Dr. Aryaie is a board certified surgeon and has completed a Minimally Invasive and Bariatric fellowship at one of the top fellowship programs in the United States at University Hospitals Case Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr Aryaie received his undergraduate degree from University of Georgia, then He attended Ross University School of Medicine, where he graduated in the top 5 percent of his class. He completed his residency at The Jewish Hospital an affiliate of University of Cincinnati. Once he finished his fellowship at one of top prestigious MIS/Bariatric fellowship in the United States then He joined Texas Tech University Health Science Center as assistant professor of surgery where he served as Medical Director and Chief of Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery at University Medical Center in Lubbock Texas. With his effort he built a remarkable, successful, and comprehensive weight loss center with great results. After his Twin girls were born he and his wife decided to move back to Atlanta to join his family and where he grew up to serve amazing people of Georgia. Dr. Aryaie has done extensive research, published multiple publications and has been featured during national presentations regarding bariatrics and minimally invasive surgery. He was named as “Top Doctor” and “Doctor of Distinction” by Lubbock Magazine in 2019. He was also names “Best Bariatric Surgeon” in Atlanta Georgia in 2020.
